Your car comes from the factory with turns signals installed. They are a truly wonderful advance in the annals of motoring; they let you easily communicate your intentions to other drivers! (Due to the limitations of humanity, other drivers are not capable of reading your mind and thus anticipating your changes of direction, you see.) I highly recommend you use them. Use them when you're going to turn left. Use them when you're going to turn right. Use them even when you're going to change lanes! They are so, so simple, and well worth the extra $25 you paid for them to be installed by the manufacturer.

So you are saying OK drivers haven't changed ;-) I remember thinking the drivers in the older part of Broken Arrow were terrible! Lord help them if they ever had to drive on one of Houston's 18 lane highways (20 if you count the frontage lanes) at rush hour. They'd be dead.
Yeah...I find it hilarious that your typical Oklahoman is more than happy to talk a stranger's ear off while standing in line at the post office, but won't bother to tell people which way they're turning via use of the turn signal.
Ah, you hit on one of my pet peeves. Luckily, when I'm driving my police car, I get to remind drivers to actually use them :)
